Using Glossi
These terms apply when you use the Glossi app. By using it you agree to them and to Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You must be 13 or older.
AI edits
Glossi edits photos with Google’s AI. Results can vary and are sometimes wrong; review an edit before you share it. Before your first edit you agree that your photo is sent to Google’s AI to make it.
Your photos
Your photos and edits are yours. You give us only the permission needed to send a photo to Google’s AI and return the edit to you.
Only edit photos you have the right to use. Don’t use Glossi on photos of other people without their permission, to make anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, or edits meant to deceive, harass or impersonate someone. We may suspend access for misuse.
Plans and billing
Glossi Plus ($6.99 a week, 20 credits a week) and Glossi Gold ($9.99 a week, 50 credits a week) are auto-renewing subscriptions billed through your Apple ID. There is no free trial. A plan renews every week unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the week, in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before you buy.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Credits
Most edits use one credit; Photo Booth and Enhance use two. Weekly credits refill at the start of each week and don’t carry over. Credit packs are for subscribers, are paid once, and never expire. Credits have no cash value and can’t be transferred.
If an edit fails or is blocked by safety filters, its credits are returned automatically. To keep Glossi fair and running, there are limits on how many edits can be made at once and in one day.
Reporting an edit
If an edit changes how you look or is offensive or harmful, report it from the edit. We review every report.
Disclaimers
Glossi is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
